Yanmar's long history and where its tillers fit

Yanmar was founded in 1912, and the Yanmar brand name was adopted in 1921. The first Yanmar tractor was launched in 1967. In 2002 the company established Yanmar Agricultural Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to integrate its agricultural businesses.
